A UNH freshman who was crossing the Boston Post Road at the entrance of the University at approximately 9:30 a.m. this morning was the victim of a hit and run accident. He has been taken to Yale New Haven Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The West Haven Police Department is investigating the incident and following all available leads.
