University Wellness and
Benefits Fair

I'm very excited
to inform you that this year we have joined forces with Campus Recreation and
Student Affairs to offer a more comprehensive Wellness and Benefits Fair for
the entire University Community. This event will give all University
constituents an opportunity to gather information about wellness choices from
local providers, as well as benefits information from our very own benefits
providers and some health services like blood pressure screening and dental
hygiene tips. This year we have almost doubled the number of participating
booths to 41 thanks to the efforts of the Campus Recreation and Student Affairs
Staff.
Some of the
participants in the Wellness and Benefits Fair are our benefits vendors,
HealthNet, Fidelity, MetLife, EyeMed, Greater West Haven Credit Union, CBI,
Standard Life Insurance Company. Also participating are local providers
such as the Shoreline Chiropractic services, Creative Body Therapies, Simple
Changes Wellness Coaching, American Cancer Society as well as our very own
Health Services, Dental Hygiene Club, UNH Campus Police, Fire Science Club,
Beckerman Recreation Center Staff, etc..
As an added bonus,
those employees who attend and stop for information at 5 or more booths will be
eligible for some FABULOUS DOOR PRIZES which have been donated by the
organizations participating in the Fair!
Stop by and have
your blood pressure taken, your body composition analyzed; ask about
your pension, life, medical, dental plans; learn about teeth whitening
and proper nutrition; sign up for one of the RAD courses offered by our
Campus Police and lots more. And don't forget those FABULOUS DOOR PRIZES!
